Another beautiful day in San Francisco brings another property transaction and this time it’s Sun Life Assurance of Canada buying historic 660 Market Street for an estimated $24 million. The terms of the deal were not released so the $24 million is pure speculation based on current market rates.

The white 3-story property was constructed in 1924 and features around 53,000 square feet of space including 11,000 square feet of ground floor retail. This is the second recent deal for Sun Life which acquired 625 Market Street late last year for around $29 million.
